that there was this little machine that you could hold up to someone and see exactly how much of a good or bad influence they're going to be in your life. Like the arrow would start in the middle for people who aren't going to do anything to affect you, but if the person would be bad for you it'll fall to the negative side. And if they're good for you, it'll go to the other side.
And if they were bad, I could just go, "Whoops, my Bitch-O-Meter went off, sorry. Not wasting my time on you anymore - it's nothing personal, just that my Bitch-O-Meter is telling me that you're in the process of ruining my life and I kind of don't like that idea. Funny that should happen, I thought we got along so well."
I think that would make my life a hell of a lot easier because my own judgment seems to not be working for me lately.
